Through Psychology-informed perspectives, research, storytelling and meaningful conversations, we explore the relationships between identity, culture, leadership and the systems that influence how people think, behave and connect.
Our work is routed in the understanding that human behaviour does not exist in isolation . Our experiences, environments, relationships and wider social context all contribute to who we become.
Drawing from psychological understanding, lived experience and conversations across diverse communities, Shades Of Reality explores the deeper influences behind human behaviour and the realities that shape our world.

Background
I have over 20 years of experience across healthcare, mental health, education, leadership, retail and community work. I hold a BA (Hons) in Young People, Families and Communities and currently completing a MSc in Psychology. I have worked directly with individuals and systems impacted by trauma, inequality, stigma, and institutional failure.
This is not academic posturing. It is lived reality. My perspective is grounded in what happens when policies fail, narratives collapse, and people are left to deal with the consequences.
