"Authentic, Resilient, No-nonsense Individual"

My name is Shardia, and I am the founder and host of Shades Of Reality, an online platform that aims to educate, inspire and encourage viewers and listeners. My platform provides a safe space for individuals from all walks of life to share their inspirational stories of hardship to success. These individuals can often be overlooked in society, so I decided to create a system that invests in creating opportunities for those from diverse backgrounds.

One of the key elements is to supply a platform to support and promote individuals on their creativity journeys. Widening the opportunity for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Coming from a disadvantaged background, it is important for me to be someone I never had. Growing up in Birmingham was a struggle due to my foundation and the standards set for me as a child. I always knew that I wanted more from and out of life, which brought on many challenges and issues I was and am still sometimes faced with.
