Shades Of Reality is an online media platform that aims to educate, inspire and uplift the viewers and listeners. It supplies a safe space for individuals from all walks of life to share their stories of hardship to success. These individuals can often be overlooked within society, so I decided to create a system that invests in creating opportunities for those from diverse backgrounds. 

Culture, diversity and identity are the key themes for the project. Providing thought provoking content aimed at those that are open minded and willing to challenge the status quo, narratives and constructs that play a part in shaping society as a whole.

Shades Of Reality reflects ambition, dynamism, environmental, responsibility, inclusivity and relevance.
One of the key elements is to supply a platform to support and promote individuals on their creative journeys. Widening the opportunities for those from diverse backgrounds.  

Developing and improving pathways towards careers in the creative industry. Promoting a collaborative approach to culture by connecting people and places. E.g diaspora communities nationally and internationally.

Strengthen local and international connections with cultural organisations, creatives and cultural practitioners. Increase participation in high quality creative activities.
